Independent visual design study

Ingenuity for life, designed for industry.

A Siemens-inspired exploration of confident typography, purposeful colour and precise digital experiences—grounded in the arrival of Physical AI on the factory floor.

01 / Design approach

Clarity for complex systems

This study translates an industrial technology story into a clear, structured interface: deep blue for focus, petrol for action, and generous space for content.

01 — CLARITY

Make the signal clear

Strong hierarchy and restrained colour help readers find the important detail.

02 — PRECISION

Build with purpose

Consistent spacing, crisp edges and a modular grid keep each element in place.

03 — IMPACT

Connect digital to physical

Editorial components make industrial innovation tangible and easy to explore.

02 / In the news

Physical AI reaches the factory floor

From industrial AI to autonomous logistics

Siemens and Humanoid are testing Humanoid’s HMND 01 wheeled Alpha robot at Siemens’ electronics factory in Erlangen, Germany. The robot is performing autonomous logistics tasks—a real-world milestone in the companies’ work toward adaptive, AI-driven manufacturing.

The collaboration builds on Siemens and NVIDIA’s strategic partnership. Siemens Xcelerator provides a factory-grade portfolio for industrial integration.

03 / Colour system

Purposeful contrast

Deep Blue anchors the experience; Siemens Petrol marks key actions. Select a colour to copy its HEX value.

04 / Typography

A clear typographic hierarchy

Siemens Sans

This page uses the requested Siemens Sans stack with Arial as a system fallback. The proprietary brand font is not bundled with this independent study.

H1 / Bold 700 / 30 × 36
Intelligence in action
H2 / Semi Bold 600 / 20 × 24
Technology meets industry
Body / Regular 400 / 16 × 20
Clear information supports confident decisions.
05 / Interface elements

Components built to scale

A responsive grid, restrained surfaces and direct actions create a consistent foundation across screen sizes.

Actions

Petrol signals the primary action; the outlined version offers a quieter route.

Grid & space

Responsive columns and generous gutters help content remain calm and legible.

Icon language

Simple line symbols pair with labels so visual cues never work alone.
